It’s all very exciting but it can also be somewhat overwhelming. You’re planning the day that you’ve been anticipating your whole life and yet you only get one shot at it! By the time you get the hang of it, the planning is over! My goal as a wedding photographer is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple. Photography is more than just images, it’s a real part of your day. Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience. The goal of this guide is to help you plan your wedding day in a way that will allow me to provide you with the BEST experience possible. Since we’re official, the next step is to plan your engagement session and then start chatting about wedding day details as we get closer to your date! I’m beyond excited to be working with you!! I cannot wait to get to know you two during your engagement session. Now for a little about me. I am very fortunate to have a loving husband, two amazing little girls, and my fur- babies (my big pups). Lewis, my husband, who is often my second shooter, and my Izzy and Addy, are my sanity and support. Lewis and I have been married over 15 years and are partners in everything. I consider it such a joy and honor to have the opportunity to work with wonderful couples and their families each year...including you and your family! MEET THE CREW LEWIS TIFFANY Lewis is the reason I’m not crazy! He keeps me straight, lets me know when I am over-doing it and encourages me. He retired from the Air Force in 2017, loves working with his hands... airplanes, guitars, cars...you name is and he can probably fix it. He is a talented photographer and his work was actually published before mine.. which he will occasionally remind me of. His biggest passion, (aside from me) is guitars. He is working on 3 and has 14 or 15...but who’s keeping track. He makes my life so much easier!! Tiffany is my littler sister...I know what you’re thinking, but she and her family are FAMILY! She joined the team in 2015 to help out with second shooting tasks and boy do we appreciate her! She’s keeps me on schedule when Lewis isn’t with me. Her organizational skills are amazing! We are two peas in a pod...and I couldn’t picture my business without her. 3 ADDYSON Addy is the most persisten and animated person I know. She loves anythin and everything animals... especially horses. She also loves dragons and is an expert Leggo builder. ISABELLA My little mommy, she’s always trying to take care of her little sis. Izzy is so talented. She loves to play piano and draw...and she sings...just not in front of people. She is also good with a camera and has a heart of gold. This is me, Jennifer B. I’m a wedding photographer, wife, mom of 2 fabulous girls and 5 fur-babies, and food enthusiast! I’ve always loved photography but my journey actually started out in the Army...as a dietitian! I never imagined I would build such a fun business that allows me the opportunity to photograph and meet such wonderful people. I’ve been shooting weddings since 2013. I’m always the lead photographer and communicator. However, I rely on my Lewis to lift me up and keep me sane. My strengths are in the creative side of things. I’m the planner and Lewis is the fun-loving dreamer of the crew. I also rely on Tiffany, my BFF and second shooter for my weddings (I only use her or Lewis since I trust them with every inch of my being. FENDER & TELE How could I forget the newest additions of our family, named after Lewis’s 2 guitars, Fender and Tele are a mix of English Setter and Poodle...and they are 100% Adorable. This may not be what you were expecting to find in your photographer’s client guide, but if you don’t read anything else in this magazine, please read this. It’s so important for me to explain how I view my relationshiop with my couples. Three years into my business, I started praying for God to give me more purpose and more impact in my business. I loved the images I created but I knew there was something missing. I started realizing that what I desired in my business, more than anything, was a personal connection to my couples. Everyone wants to be known, seen, loved and befriended. I don’t know if I’ve ever met a human being who didn’t appreciate someone caring about who they are, what they’re passionate about, etc. In the early years of my business, Lewis and I committed to forming friendships with our clients and intentionally caring to get to know them. It changed everything. Having a heart for genuine friendships in our business has made our business so much more than how we pay our bills, it’s a huge part of our purpose in life. Not only is our frienship with our couples a gift to us, but it posi- tively impacts our client’s wedding day experience. When you are getting ready the morning of your wedding day, it will be a relief to feel like a friend walks through those doors with a camera and not just a random hired vendor. Friendship breeds comfortability and comfortability leads to trust... and trust is something that EV- ERY bride needs to have in their relationship with their wedding photographer!
